All flights take place within flight-authorized areas around Venice (excluding the no-fly zone of the historic centre). Service is subject to weather conditions.

FLIGHT CANCELLATION

• The flights are carried out according to aviation visual fight rules and may be delayed or cancelled due to weather conditions, flight safety reasons or majeure force.
• In the event of cancellation the Company, will returned to the customer the full amount in advance for the flight paid.
• Cancellations by client up to 7 days before the flight, no fee will be charged. Client can reschedule the flight for another day without additional fee.
• Cancellations by client from 7 days to 24 hours before the flight, 50% fee will be charged. Client can reschedule the flight for another day without additional fee.
• Cancellations by client after 24 hours before the flight, 100% fee will be charged – no money refund.

PASSENGER WEIGHT (for touristic flights)

• The single passenger can not exceed 130kg/285lbs, while the maximum 3 passengers may not exceed a total of 260kg/570lbs.
• Flights are carried out with a minimum of 2 passengers.
